About the Role This FutureStarter Machining Operator 1001 role at ZF contributes to shaping the future of mobility by producing high-quality brake components in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment. The position involves machining, setup, and working in 12-hour shifts as part of a broader Production-Machining function. What You'll Do
- Operate machines and perform machining/assembly tasks related to brake components in a plant environment.
- Set up, adjust, and tune equipment; perform tool changes as needed.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, perform basic inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Work in physically demanding 12-hour shifts with short/long week patterns.
- Collaborate with a diverse ZF team and follow defined production processes and guidance from global job architecture. What We're Looking For
- Technical aptitude with a vocational background (vyučení) and/or practical experience in the field is advantageous.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work and work 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment and follow established procedures.
- Technical literacy and a proactive mindset to contribute to efficient, safe operations. Nice to Have
- Prior experience in machining, manufacturing, or automotive sectors.
- Familiarity with brake component production and related equipment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: hourly wage; starting approx 39,000 CZK gross per month (depends on shift and hours).
