Machine Operator (Nylon Processing)
- We are seeking experienced and technically competent Machine Operators to operate and monitor nylon processing machinery, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and compliance with established safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor nylon/polythene processing and production machines.
- Set up machines and adjust operating parameters according to production specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Work closely with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
- Report machine breakdowns, defects, and other production issues promptly.
Requirements
- SSCE/OND; relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience operating machines in nylon, polythene, plastic, packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with nylon/polythene processing machinery.
- Good understanding of production processes and machine safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
