- Machine Operator Lead – Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations, coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and support team members. Operate production equipment, perform machine changeovers, and monitor performance to meet production goals. Enforce safety and quality standards through inspections, measurements, and process compliance. Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate repairs with maintenance, and resolve production problems. Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining efficient material flow. Identify process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
