We are now hiring for a Machine Operator! A Machine Operator is responsible for the initial sorting, photographing, decontaminating and drying of all invasive medical devices in the Redmond, Oregon facility. All work performed must comply with Medline ReNewal’s standard operating procedures as well as FDA guidelines to ensure patient safety. Decontamination Technicians must be able to work with strong smells (chemicals, body fluids) while handling contamination and/or sharp surgical instruments.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Receive containers of devices from receiving team and confirm all necessary paperwork present
Sort each bin of incoming contaminated devices by device type in a safe manner
