About the Role Koch IP Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Operator to join our team for high-speed progressive stamping operations on the first shift. This role focuses on operating stamping presses, maintaining quality, and supporting efficient production on the shop floor. What You'll Do
- Operate high-speed metal stamping punch presses to achieve optimal production efficiency
- Spend the majority of the shift on your feet, walking throughout the production floor to support operations and monitor equipment
- Conduct thorough visual quality inspections, identify defects, and perform precise measurements in alignment with inspection plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production challenges
- Accurately identify, label, and package all materials and finished products throughout the production process
- Enter production data and quantity confirmations into SAP software with attention to detail
- Consistently adhere to established safety guidelines and protocols
- Follow the quality management system, comply with standard work instructions, and apply proper methods for process improvements and changes
- Operate forklifts and handle materials safely and efficiently What We're Looking For
- Machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Experience using precision measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, or similar)
- Experience with continuous/ progressive stamping machines Nice to Have
