Job title: Machine Operator
About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician/ Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot, ensure quality, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports safe, efficient production and requires teamwork and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Follow production schedules and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment
- Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures
- Maintain understanding of raw materials and the appropriate manufacturing location for use
- Check product quality; examine, measure, and weigh materials or products
- Inform the shift supervisor about product quality problems, equipment problems and safety concerns
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary
- Ability to troubleshoot and multitask
- Basic math skills
- A reliable, trustworthy team player
- Maintains a clean and safe work area
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Time management and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing/production environment required; forklift experience required
- Additional: Experience as a machine mechanic, electrical, overhead crane, quality control are preferred
Nice to Have
- 5S experience and other related manufacturing/maintenance certifications are preferred
