Job title: Machine Operator - Digital Printing
About the Role Xerox is seeking a Machine Operator in digital printing and finishing for its German operations. You will support production and delivery of printed materials, with autonomy and responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Operating production printers and finishing machines
- Monitoring and controlling the printing process, including quality control and assurance
- Cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Coordinating with the scheduling team for order management
- Opening tickets for technician interventions
- Ordering consumables and spare parts
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a machine operator, ideally in a digital printing environment
- Technical understanding
- Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift model)
- Experience in prepress and common image editing programs
- Independent, meticulous, and quality-conscious work style
- German language skills (B2 level, spoken and written)
