Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must have practical experience operating and monitoring bottle production lines, sachet packaging machines, and filling line equipment.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality, minimizing machine downtime, and adhering to established safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottle production lines, sachet machines, and filling line equipment to meet daily production targets.

• Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications and product requirements.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality throughout the production process.

• Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational faults and promptly report major technical issues to the maintenance team.

• Ensure accurate filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling of products in line with company quality standards.

• Monitor production output, machine efficiency, and material usage to minimize waste and downtime.

• Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation of machines and the production area in accordance with hygiene requirements.

• Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments when switching between products or packaging formats.

• Complete production records, machine logs, and shift handover reports accurately.

• Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with the production, quality control, and maintenance teams to achieve production objectives.

• Requirements and Qualifications

• OND, technical certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

• Proven hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Practical experience operating bottle lines, sachet packaging machines, and filling line equipment is required.

• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.

• Understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and workplace safety standards.

• Ability to identify machine faults and take appropriate corrective action within the scope of the role.

• Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet production targets.

• Salary Budget

• N180,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
