Job Description The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components. While previous manufacturing experience is preferred for advanced positions, entry-level opportunities are available for candidates willing to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous manufacturing, machining, grinding, or machine operation experience preferred, depending on the position.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for advanced positions.
- Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, machine setup, or centerless grinding is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work second or third shift when required.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
