About the Role Machine Operator on a 12-hour AM/PM shift in Hartland, WI. You will ensure the safe, efficient operation of production and sterilization equipment to meet quality and output standards, working with a team to maintain high product quality.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor machines, address stoppages and issues; troubleshoot equipment.
- Set up, start up, shut down equipment; perform routine maintenance and clean-up; keep production areas clean and organized.
- Pack finished goods and handle materials; operate boxing lines and manage pallets; prepare product for transfer and/or final processing.
- Complete paperwork and reports accurately; inspect products for quality and accuracy; adjust processes to maintain quality standards.
- Assist with other tasks and projects; ensure material availability and support team needs; follow company policies and attendance standards.

Compensation & Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $19.75 - $28.75 per hour (USD).
