Job title: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview The Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for solving business problems and discovering business insights using structured and unstructured data, statistics, visualization and advanced machine learning techniques, and communicating findings of analysis to technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

  • More than five years of relevant research experience with publication record.

  • Master/PhD degree in machine learning, computer science, statistics, operations research, mathematics or a related quantitative field.

  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning models, with a focus on interpretability and fairness analysis.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to technical and business audiences in a comprehensive manner.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, including analytics teams, development teams, and operations.

  • Knowledgeable about the Agile development cycle.

  • Experience in code reproducibility and version control.

  • Strong programming skills with Python and SQL.

  • Experience with current Cloud ML technologies.

  • Strong ability to support and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment
