Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Role Overview
Build and deploy machine learning models that support SRHIN's health data analysis, predictive insights, and programme decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for various organisational use cases.
- Prepare and process datasets for model development.
- Deploy models into production and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with data and research teams to translate research questions into ML solutions.
- Document model development processes and maintain version control.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of statistics, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with health or social data is an advantage.
