About the Role We are seeking Machine Learning Engineers to join Moveworks' GenAI Search Platform team to advance our search-based question answering systems. You will apply both traditional machine learning and cutting-edge generative AI to build conversational search experiences for enterprise users, leveraging information retrieval and large language models. You will collaborate with product, design, infrastructure and data science teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready search capabilities grounded in heterogeneous knowledge sources. What You'll Do
- Drive the development of our search platform with new LLM-enabled generative AI features in a fast-paced environment.
- Enable product teams to build new applications and features quickly, ship prototypes to customers at scale, and systematically evaluate ranking improvements while enforcing guarantees on quality, security, privacy and scalability.
- Develop systematic evaluation metrics and methodologies for our search models, leveraging LLMs to address enterprise challenges such as security and privacy.
- Partner with ranking, product, UX, customer success and other engineering teams to identify, define, and build elegant search solutions. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Passionate about helping product and ranking teams move faster and scale solutions with strong customer impact.
- First-hand experience relevant to search platforms such as traditional information retrieval, search ranking and relevance, recommendation systems, or question answering systems.
- Background in text processing, information retrieval, and natural language understanding. Nice to Have
