Job Description
The Job You Will Perform:
- Check Quality
- Operator backup
- Feed board into machines
- Inspection, counting and bundling of items
- Reporting all deficiencies to the operator immediately
- Stacking of neat bales per work order specification
- Properly filling out top sheets per work order specification
- Obtaining and proper use of top and bottom sheets
- Mounting die boards
- Mounting lead edge stripping die
- Housekeeping (organizing and keeping area neat and clean)
- Preventive maintenance
Skills & Physical Demand
- Counting and stacking finished product, reading factory order, occasional lifting / carrying up to 25 pounds required with more frequent lifting/carrying of 1-20 pounds.
- The job requires reaching below waist and knee, and at waist level, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs on rare occasions.
