What You’ll Do
As a Machine/Assembly Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will:

Operate molding and assembly machines, or perform manual assembly tasks with a strong focus on safety and productivity

Take ownership of the quality of products produced at your workstation

Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient transitions
-
Review and follow workstation instructions to maintain consistency and accuracy
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
-
Arrive a few minutes before your shift to support seamless handovers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
Key Skills & Strengths:

Familiarity with Kanban systems and labeling processes (or willingness to learn)

Ability to identify basic molding defects such as sink marks or flash
-
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
-
Ability to distinguish colors accurately
-
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) quality and environmental procedures related to the role

Comfort working with forms, tags, and labels as part of daily tasks
