About the Role We are seeking a dynamic MAC Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will leverage coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will also handle essential cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. What You'll Do
- Lead and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service and meet sales targets
- Open and close the store on a rota basis and perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
- Ensure accurate cash handling and perform POS transactions following procedures
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience What We're Looking For
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and POS experience; ability to perform cash reconciliation
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience with coaching/mentoring others
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Experience with retail POS software
