About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational MAC Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Southcenter, Tukwila, WA. This part-time role focuses on coaching the sales team, delivering authentic customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations. What You'll Do
- Lead and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service that drives sales targets.
- Support opening and closing the store on a rota basis and perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling tasks.
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store.
- Maintain accurate POS operations and cash reconciliations, and model professional behavior and product knowledge.
- Represent the brand with a positive attitude, promoting diversity and delivering outstanding customer experiences. What We're Looking For
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Cash handling and POS familiarity; previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing is desirable.
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
