This role is responsible for managing enterprise-wide programs from transaction close through execution, partnering with executive leadership to deliver integrations, separations, TSA management, synergy realization, and operational transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, exceptional program management skills, and experience leading cross-functional M&A programs across Finance, HR, Technology, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. This individual will thrive in fast-paced environments, providing structure, governance, and executive-level communication to ensure successful outcomes.
