Summary
This role is dedicated to enhancing organizational performance by overseeing the complete Monitoring and Evaluation lifecycle, from strategy formulation to impact assessment. Serving as a vital link between data and decision-making, the position ensures all projects meet rigorous quality benchmarks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor evaluation frameworks and data collection systems to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Organize and lead training workshops and capacity-building sessions aimed at strengthening the analytical and reporting skills of project teams.

Conduct regular field visits and site audits to verify program implementation, assess operational efficiency, and validate the accuracy of monitoring data.
