What You Will Do
- Lead M&A transactions and private equity investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Negotiate complex agreements and contracts to secure favorable terms.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, or a related financial services role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex transactions and negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business initiatives.
Preferred
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or law.

Compensation and Benefits
