Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort.
Qualifications

Current and active California LVN license.

Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
