Job title: LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse
About the Role The LVN at Eisenhower Health provides basic nursing care, ensures accurate documentation of patient care activity, and responds timely to patient requests while maintaining a high standard of care and anticipating daily workload. This role supports the Urgent Care department and adheres to Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate basic nursing skills and accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Respond promptly to patient requests and maintain a welcoming, empathetic environment
- Help manage daily workload and support department operations in a 12-hour shift, part-time schedule
- Comply with Code of Conduct and hospital policies
What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LVN program (if hired after March 1, 2025); BLS from American Heart Association
- Licensure/Certification: California LVN license; Intravenous Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification; additional certifications as outlined for various departments (e.g., Emergency Room, Perinatology, OB-ED, Pain Management, Urgent Care, Clinic Division Float Pool)
- Experience: Healthcare experience; bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Additional details: Ages of patients include Neonate/Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric; Blood Borne Pathogens: High

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $29.14 - $44.26 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time; Day shift; 12-hour shifts
