Job title: LVN-24/7 Recognition
About the Role The 24/7 LVN collaborates with department leadership and staff, donor/family members, physicians, specialists, and other teams to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute the 24/7 Recognition program activities. This role provides an adjunct, supportive Nursing role to Registered Nurses to ensure access to health care programs in gratitude for donor contributions, which support Eisenhower Health's mission and financial viability.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule medically related appointments across the healthcare continuum with 24/7 members or their designees.
- Assist with coordinating safe, high-quality patient care; integrate services across hospital programs, sites, departments, and physicians in a manner valued by 24/7 members.
- Collaborate with 24/7 members to plan care decisions and advocate on their behalf.
- Adhere to health-system scripting and seek guidance when unclear.
- Maintain compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies; report suspected violations.
- Support 24/7 initiatives and maintain strong communication with donors/families and hospital teams.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program.
- CA LVN license; American Heart Association BLS.
- Five (5) years of recent patient care experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, work autonomously, and demonstrate strong written/verbal and interpersonal skills.
- High resilience and sound clinical acumen within LVN scope.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; superior customer service.
- Preferred: IV and/or Phlebotomy Certification.

- IV and/or Phlebotomy Certification (already listed as preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $33.73 - $51.24 per hour (USD).
- Sign-On Bonus Eligible.
