About the Role You will be a key enabler of ExxonMobil's Lubricant Technology Development Program in India, independently leading sub-activities related to New Product Development and deployment, and coordinating end-to-end 3rd party testing for products including OEM requirements.
What You'll Do
- Understand customer needs by working with the business and directly with customers; research, understand, and articulate technology trends, standards, customer requirements, and competitive threats.
- Feed technology trends and competitive insights to the Technology Program Manager/Technology Integration Manager and support Product Line Management to define project profiles, deliverables and timing.
