A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Project & Offer Manager Europe for Substation Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA), you will be responsible for driving complex LTSA opportunities from qualification through offer development and successful handover to execution. Acting as the commercial and operational backbone of the European LTSA business, you will ensure that opportunities are transformed into competitive, executable, and profitable long-term service contracts.

Working closely with regional sales teams, customers, technical experts, finance, legal, supply chain management, and execution organizations, you will coordinate all aspects of the offer lifecycle while maintaining compliance with global governance standards.

A key part of your role will be the development of LTSA proposals and framework agreements for high-voltage substations. For international customers, you will support the creation and implementation of Global Service Agreement (GSA) frameworks that provide a scalable contractual foundation for regional deployments. Through standardized processes, governance, and continuous improvement, you will help establish a repeatable and globally consistent LTSA business model while driving growth across Europe.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and coordinate European LTSA opportunities from qualification through offer submission and successful handover to execution, ensuring commercial competitiveness and execution readiness.

  • Develop LTSA proposals, pricing concepts, and framework agreements for long-term maintenance, operation, and availability contracts for high-voltage substations.

  • Support the development and deployment of Global Service Agreement (GSA) frameworks for international customers, creating scalable contractual structures that accelerate regional business execution.

  • Drive commercial qualification, risk assessment, costing, bid/no-bid decisions, and approval processes in alignment with global governance requirements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management to deliver integrated customer solutions.

  • Maintain and continuously improve LTSA offer templates, commercial playbooks, offer-to-order processes, and handover standards to support business scalability and consistency.

  • Safeguard high-quality execution handovers and ensure lessons learned from customer pursuits and project execution are embedded into future offers and governance frameworks.

  • Maintain opportunity pipeline transparency and support regional growth planning through disciplined CRM management, performance tracking, and participation in regular business reviews.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline, combined with experience in the energy, transmission, grid technology, or service business environment.

  • Proven experience in proposal management, bid management, offer management, commercial project management, or long-term service agreements, ideally within power transmission or infrastructure businesses.

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience with contract structuring, costing, pricing, risk assessment, business case development, and bid governance.

  • Solid understanding of substation technologies, service portfolios, asset lifecycle management, or comparable industrial service business models.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to coordinate complex opportunities across global matrix organizations.

  • Highly structured, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
