## Skills and experience we are interested in

Depending on the role and team, we are particularly interested in people with skills or interest in:

• Data & Analytics – working with large datasets, data analysis, data quality, Excel, Power BI and reporting
• Technology & Automation – Python, VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI and emerging technologies
• Financial Markets – knowledge or interest in financial markets, investment funds, asset classes, risk, market data or financial services
• Languages – strong English skills; additional European or other languages are also valuable, including Turkish, Ukrainian and Russian
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – attention to detail, critical thinking and the ability to work with complex information
• Communication & Collaboration – ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in diverse, international teams

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 60,000 zł - 90,000 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. Benefits Information:
