LSA Specialist

About the Role You’ll apply your technical expertise to ensure the maintainability and operational readiness of rolling stock equipment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to analyze, optimize, and deliver high-quality maintenance solutions across international projects. What You'll Do

• Conduct maintenance studies and create LSA deliverables (Maintenance Plans, Life Cycle Cost evaluations, IPL of spare parts).
• Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze, optimize, and validate support and maintenance elements during the design stage.
• Propose design improvements to integrate maintenance constraints.
• Guarantee export of LSA requirements to suppliers through tenders.
• Utilize operational feedback to enhance service strategy.
• Perform maintainability demonstrations.
• Produce LSA deliverables and contribute to maintenance strategy across projects.
• Collaborate with teams across the business (e.g., In-Service Readiness) and external suppliers.
• Maintain and improve the maintainability and operational readiness of rolling stock equipment. What We're Looking For
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience in a Service Engineering environment
• Good communication skills in English or French
• Knowledge of rolling stock products and solutions
• Strong understanding of engineering product structures
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, Outlook, and Catia
• Action-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and result-oriented
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• Knowledge of a third language considered an asset Nice to Have
