About the Role Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) needed to join our Needham team for a weekday schedule delivering home health visits. No prior home health experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role serves patients in Needham, Newton, and Wellesley, MA. What You'll Do
- Conduct Home Health visits in Needham, Newton, and Wellesley, MA.
- Work 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (no weekend shifts).
- Provide care for patients with wounds, wound vacs, trach suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, and diabetes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program, work with a field preceptor for 6-8 weeks, and receive support from an Educator while learning time management and the Home Care Home Base EMR system. What We're Looking For
- Completion of an LPN program.
- Current MA LPN license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Ability to work 3-5 days per week (Mon-Fri) 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; no weekend shifts.
- Willingness to learn and work in Home Health; patient-focused care.
- Comfortable with EMR systems; training provided. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $32.69 - $47.60 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
