About the Role VNA Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its Home Health team in Massachusetts. This role is available as full- or part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, serving the Braintree, Norwell, and Marshfield area. A fully paid orientation is provided and Home Health experience is not required. What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the assigned territory
- Perform wound care management including wounds and wound vacs
- Assist with trach care and suctioning; catheter and ostomy care
- Conduct phlebotomy and routine assessments; monitor CHF, COPD, and diabetes
- Collaborate with the care team; document care and outcomes; participate in orientation
- Travel within territory to patient homes; adhere to schedule 8a-4:30p, Monday-Friday What We're Looking For
- Completion of LPN program (education required)
- License to practice in Massachusetts
- Willingness to work in home health; full orientation provided
- Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful Nice to Have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $32.69 - $47.60 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement; mileage reimbursed each pay period
