About the Role Join Kentfield Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) on the night shift in our Marin facility. This full-time role provides direct patient care and supports nursing operations on the unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. You will collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery throughout each patient's personalized treatment plan. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and participate in the nursing process per applicable Nurse Practice Act.
- Identify learning needs and educate patients and families.
- Communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.
- Apply professional standards of practice to maintain quality and safety on the unit.
