What Will You Do?
Deliver engaging online English lessons to adult learners worldwide. Use interactive teaching tools and digital platforms. Keep lessons fun, focused, and on schedule. Follow structured lesson materials and review them before class.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field — essential. 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate — essential. Based in or near Umhlanga, with reliable transport. Available to work on-site, including weekends. Strong computer literacy and confidence using online teaching tools.

Friendly, upbeat, and engaging. A quick thinker who stays calm under pressure. Organised and able to multitask. A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people. Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured lesson content.
Remuneration & Benefits
Night shift allowance: Additional 10% of your basic hourly rate for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00. Sundays: 1.5 times the applicable rate. South African public holidays: 2 times the applicable rate.
