We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish’s RV as a Lot Porter. This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot. Pay target: $18-$20 hourly!

Key Objectives
-
Ensure timely and safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds
Responsibilities

Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
-
Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
-
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
-
Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
-
Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep

Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs

What you’ll bring
-
Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
-
Prior forklift experience preferred
-
Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)

Able to work in all weather conditions

Valid driver’s license required
-
Ability to pass a background and drug test
