Job Description

•Daily Security & Protection: Oversee daily security functions to safeguard hotel property, assets, guests, and staff.

•Safety & Emergency Training: Lead and conduct training programs for Heartists on emergency response, fire safety, and accident prevention.

•Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date logs, legal documents, and safety certifications required by law and brand standards.

•Balanced Operations: Foster a safe and satisfying experience for everyone while strictly managing and meeting the department’s operating budget.

Qualifications

• •Proven experience in hotel security, loss prevention, or safety management.

• •Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and legal compliance.

• •Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a people-first approach (passion for supporting Heartists and guests).

• •Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Additional Information
