We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Loss and Prevention Manager to work with our Loss & Prevention team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity

Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks

Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals

Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards

Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed

Requirements
-
Indonesian citizen
-
Minimum of 2-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort

Eloquent in English both written and spoken

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Certified in Security (Garda Pratama or other relevant fields)
