About the Role
We are seeking a Loss Control Manager to provide leadership and administrative management to the Loss Control function, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with legislation and departmental operating practices, and oversee performance management and resource management. What You'll Do

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Conducting and reviewing Assessments & Determinations reports
- Excel and data extrapolation
- Sound knowledge of PFMA legislation
- Understanding policy and procedure environment and breaches
- Knowledge of auditing and investigation methodologies and principles
- Knowledge on the design, implementation and monitoring of internal controls
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and fiscal management principles and procedures
- PFMA, Procurement legislation

- Strategic planning and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise, guide employee, including organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments
