About the Role The Logistics Transformation Lead will own end-to-end delivery of transformation and digitization initiatives within ASM's Global Logistics, serving as the central driver of execution, governance, and value realization. This role partners across functions to translate strategic priorities into executable programs and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Establish and lead the Logistics PMO, driving execution excellence, logistics transformation, and digital enablement across Global Logistics.
• Own the Logistics transformation portfolio and roadmap, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery with measurable business value.
• Own the Logistics digitization roadmap and lead end-to-end execution from discovery through deployment, adoption, and sustainment.
• Lead delivery of high-impact Logistics and digital programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external partners.
• Drive adoption of portfolio management tools and practices providing a single source of truth for initiative status, dependencies, risks, resource alignment, and benefits realization.
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance processes, and review cadences enabling effective prioritization, decision making, and accountability.
• Lead internal and external delivery teams through solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Establish and monitor program, operational, and adoption KPIs, providing executive reporting, risk management, and benefits tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through Logistics data insights, delivering measurable gains across strategic pillars.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; semiconductor industry experience or equivalent complex manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain Logistics role, with tangible experience leading digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Working knowledge of process-improvement and problem-solving methodologies; certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Certification in project management or similar is a plus.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms used for portfolio management and data analytics.
