About the Role Autoliv's Logistics Transactions Trainee / Cycle Count role in Steering Wheel Romania (Sfântu Gheorghe) focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, discrepancies resolution, and supporting improvements in warehouse processes to ensure safety and quality.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts of inventory items in warehouses and production areas.
- Report discrepancies between physical stock and system inventory.
- Assist in investigating inventory variances and root causes.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and inventory accuracy.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy during material movements.
- Reduce stock discrepancies.
- Follow safety, quality, and company policies during physical inventory activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field).
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge.
- Intermediate English level (minimum B1/B2).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
