About the job Logistics Specialist

About the Client:

Our client is a top-selling phone case brand and a global technology leader committed to innovation and growth.

Monitor logistics service provider performance and validate invoices, metrics, and KPIs
Develop and present relevant logistics metrics
Serve as the key point of contact for global logistics improvement projects
Analyze logistics processes and recommend adjustments for operational efficiency
Work with Sales & Operations to understand customer shipping requirements and coordinate with 3PL
Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Finance on freight and 3PL budget and invoicing activities
Work with Global Trade Compliance team on import, export, duty, and VAT matters
Maintain database and identify opportunities for inventory reduction
Other duties as required

Associate Degree or above
Minimum 4 years of work experience in Logistics Management
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English and Chinese, proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
Experience with ERP/CRM system
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
