Logistics Specialist is responsible for planning, purchasing and sales order processing and day to day communication on orders and livery fulfillment. Key responsibilities include purchase order processing, sales order processing, order confirmation, shipping docs creation and invoicing, and freight booking and tracking, warehouse co-ordination and audit support.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Order Management & SAP Operations Create purchase order, and closely monitor the process of delivery schedule Perform goods receipt, goods issue in SAP and local delivery schedule Receiving, validating and processing sales order Order confirmation, monitoring, rescheduling, reconfirming Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery Escalation point for shipment issues, clarifications and support.
