The Logistics Specialist supports the Regional Logistics team across EMEA by helping drive visibility, efficiency, and consistency in transport operations. This role focuses on logistics reporting, urgent load monitoring, cross-border movement optimization, and system administration while working closely with regional logistics, transport, and packaging teams.
What You'll Make a Difference

Produce and maintain regional and EMEA logistics scorecards covering cost, service, and sustainability metrics.

Publish logistics KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis to support operational visibility.

Create ad hoc reports and analysis in response to requests from Regional Logistics Managers and the Logistics Director.

Track urgent loads and support timely communication with warehouses and logistics providers.

Identify opportunities to optimize cross-border movements to reduce transportation costs and CO2 emissions.

Ensure transport movements are optimized and accurately managed within the Transporeon platform.

Support SAP and Transporeon system maintenance while collaborating with packaging and local logistics teams on training and operational support.

Experience in international business and logistics environments.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge of SAP and/or Transporeon systems is desirable.

Additional European language skills, such as Italian, Spanish, French, German, or another European language, are desirable.
