Job title: Logistics Solution Design & Project Manager
About the Role The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the logistics department, providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. You will contribute to the design and delivery of warehousing and IT-enabled solutions that align with customer needs and CEVA’s capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Warehouse Solution Design (Customer Facing): Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visits and presentations; analyse customer requirements and design warehousing solutions accordingly (assessing resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities); support IS team to define the best IT solution; provide costs analysis and rates; build RFP technical answer document to present the solution.
- Project Management: Organize workshops between customers’ teams, IS, regional and operations / key users; analyse and summarize relevant data to support decisions; follow-up IT developments and WMS setup/configuration with the IS team; manage project resources, costs and budget, schedules and milestones, deliverables, and report progress to internal/external stakeholders; handover to Operations.
- Commercial Package / Costing tools: Support the Logistics Business Development team to create up-to-date commercial packages showcasing CEVA’s know-how; assist in improving internal costing and analytics tools.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical with the ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
- "Solution-Oriented" mindset to identify blocking points and propose resolution scenarios
- Commercial sense and results-oriented
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
- Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
Nice to Have
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and IT project collaboration (IS teams), EDI, automation opportunities, and related logistics IT enhancements
