Salary: 70,000 to 80,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Start: End of Oct/ early November
Location: Moonachie, NJ (occasional travel to Bronx, NY during transition)
WFH Situation: On-site

Must Haves
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management, freight coordination, and customer order processing.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Food & Beverage manufacturing experience.
- Experience with deduction reconciliation and collections.
- Familiarity with customer inventory portals and forecasting inventory needs.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) will be a huge plus for this role.
Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator to support logistics, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and sales operations during a period of growth and operational transition. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and production to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate freight providers and manage transportation logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and customer portals to prevent stock-outs.
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries.
- Track and improve OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery performance.
- Reconcile deductions and support collections efforts.
- Partner with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop contingency plans for inventory, production, or delivery issues.
- Support operational activities related to the facility transition.
