The Quality Specialist will support the Quality Manager with ongoing GxP regulatory compliance activities, including training, process auditing, document control, and TIP completion support. As a member of the quality team, the Quality Specialist will assist with compliance-related matters, support client process audits for inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinate internal training and compliance initiatives, including new hire orientation and recurring training for all associates. This is a 1st Shift position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

How you create impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and provide quality guidance to employees and management.

  • Coordinate new hire orientation, training, retraining activities, and maintain accurate training records and matrices.

  • Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) compliance and maintain quality documentation throughout the facility.

  • Perform facility inspections, quality audits, and client-specific order audits to ensure compliance and order accuracy.

  • Support CAPA activities, including corrective actions, preventive actions, root cause investigations, and follow-up activities.

  • Maintain calibration records, temperature control reports, and compliance documentation for facility and customer equipment.

What we would like you to bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a regulated, pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, compliance requirements, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Strong organizational, data entry, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • For internal candidates: Knowledge of KN QSHE policies, ACON, and GxP environments preferred.
