About the Role The Logistics Projects Americas Director leads a portfolio of Distribution & Transportation projects valued between $10M and $50M, applying a disciplined project management framework to drive D2C transformation and strengthen regional supply chain resilience in the USA, Canada, and Mexico with potential participation in global projects. The role is onsite in Nashville, TN or at other listed locations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee a portfolio of Distribution & Transportation projects valued between $10M and $50M, applying a disciplined project management framework.
  • Drive D2C transformation, optimize operational costs, and integrate advanced IT systems.
  • Lead regional initiatives across USA, Canada, and Mexico with potential involvement in global projects; report to executive stakeholders.
  • Architect, orchestrate and lead high-impact regional supply chain initiatives aligned with long-term objectives.
  • Develop and champion robust project concepts and business cases with rigorous quality, cost, scope and timeline controls guided by data analytics.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for budgets, resource allocation, IT infrastructure, and final strategic decisions; monitor post-GoLive and manage hyper-care until handover via RACI.
  • Establish tracking/risk management frameworks and transparent communication with executives.
  • Identify transformational improvements to scale supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead a regional project management team with opportunities to influence global strategy across Europe and Asia.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years progressive experience in Logistics/Warehousing/Transport; track record on significant logistics projects (warehouse extension, automation).
  • 8+ years experience managing a team.
  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or Engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree plus equivalent/extended working experience may be considered.
  • Deep technical expertise in Logistics, Warehousing, and Transportation operations; strong data analytics skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence at executive levels.
