About the Role Responsible for the logistics function within the Lincolnton plant, including inventory management, production planning and control, raw material VMI coordination, and KPI monitoring to ensure a lean and effective supply chain. What You'll Do
- Inventory management of finished goods in the US and Canada Distribution Centers.
- Production planning/control (mid-term planning, weekly leveling, daily management).
- Raw-material VMI coordination and planning with internal and external suppliers.
- Daily monitoring of process-related KPIs and deviation management; master data maintenance and support cross-functional and LOG-CIP projects.
- Customer communication and internal prioritization.
- Continuous improvement of processes across the entire supply chain.
- Support cross-functional projects (e.g., TTM/Launch, MRP release changes). What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business (preferred).
- At least 5 years experience as a Logistics Planner in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- System and shop-floor proficiency in designing (lean) logistic processes.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, web applications and SQL.
- Expertise in SAP (MM, SD, PP) and add*ONE.
- Experience in (strategic) supply chain management.
- Experience in project management. Nice to Have
