Logistics Operator
At Boost Air, we are looking for a Logistics Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating materials and supplies, ensuring the availability of the resources required to support our operations.
This is a permanent position within a dynamic environment, where organisational skills, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full order process, including placement, tracking and receipt of orders.
- Source, evaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality and delivery times.
- Liaise and coordinate with national and international suppliers.
- Monitor and control inventory and stock levels.
- Work closely with the Engineering, Sales and Operations departments to ensure material availability.
- Participate in an on-call rota (approximately one week per month) to manage urgent logistics requirements outside normal working hours when required.
Requirements
- Qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer
- Standard working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Participation in a rotating on-call rota (approximately one week per month) to respond to urgent logistics requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Conocimientos de comercio exterior y transporte.
