Iconic Fiverr Logistics (IFL) is looking for a smart, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer / Customer Care Representative at our office in Ogba, Lagos.
If you communicate well, know your way around Lagos, and enjoy solving problems while working with people, this opportunity could be for you!
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with the coordination and monitoring of logistics activities.
- Communicating with customers and providing timely updates on deliveries.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Helping organise daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Working with the team to ensure customers receive a positive experience.
Who we’re looking for Minimum qualification: OND. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organisational and coordination abilities. Familiarity with Lagos roads, routes, and major locations. A proactive, responsible, and well-organised individual. Male candidates only, as specified by the employer. Must reside in or around Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Iju, Abule Egba, Berger, or nearby areas.
What’s on offer? Monthly Salary: ₦100,000
