We are seeking a competent and resourceful Logistics Officer to ensure the efficient coordination of personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, and logistics activities across our operations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment, and materials for projects and training programmes.

Support the planning and tracking of project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure timely availability.

Plan and coordinate journey management activities, including journey planning, vehicle allocation, driver scheduling, route assessments, journey approvals, and journey tracking to ensure safe and efficient movement of personnel.

Liaise with clients, vendors, freight forwarders, transport providers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate seamless logistics operations.

Monitor logistics schedules and proactively resolve issues that may affect project delivery.

Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities, logistics documentation, inventory movements, and material issuance.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate replenishment where necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.

Prepare periodic logistics and materials reports for management.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics, Mobilization & Materials Coordinator.

Qualification& Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, fleet coordination, or materials management.

Experience in the oil & gas, engineering, inspection, or industrial services sector is an advantage

Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, fleet operations, ana journey management principles.

Ability toa manage multiple priorities.
