Job title: Logistics Lead - Inventory Management

About the Role OVHcloud's CINO department designs and delivers server resources and infrastructures, and the Logistics Lead in Beauharnois ensures stock management on a defined perimeter with a constant focus on productivity, quality and cost. You will work closely with your manager, internal services and transporters to manage priorities and adapt storage to product needs and client demand, while ensuring goods availability and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assume reception, quality control and recording of goods from suppliers.
• Plan deliveries and coordinate activities with transporters to meet deadlines.
• Manage physical and IT stocks, ensure accuracy and perform periodic inventories.
• Prepare, pack and ship orders according to operational priorities.
• Produce and maintain logistics documentation and transport documents.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, safety and stock management procedures.
• Handle variances, backorders and disputes related to receipts and shipments.
• Optimize warehouse organization, stock rotation and space utilization.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and comply with standards.
• Serve as main point of contact with transport services for regular and urgent shipments.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, warehouse clerk or logistics role, or relevant training.
• Proficiency operating forklift with required certifications.
• Nacelle permit.
• Proficiency with stock management tools and inventory software.
• General knowledge of IT hardware and servers.
• Basic English.
• Versatility, autonomy and excellent organizational skills.
• Rigour, prioritization and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and collaboration across departments.
• Strong responsiveness and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a data center or technology environment.
• Experience with IT hardware, servers or networking equipment.
• Experience coordinating teams or training new staff.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and logistics operations optimization.
