About the Role As a Logistics Supervisor at Solventum, you will be part of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee, directly supervising Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods. You will lead process improvements, support the implementation of a new ERP system, and ensure efficient, compliant operations in a 7-days-a-week environment. You may need to be on-call and occasionally travel. What You'll Do
- Serve as a member of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee and direct supervisor for Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods.
- Determine departmental procedures that set standards for continuous improvements.
- Support warehouse operations in leading improvement activities to maximize output, minimize operation costs, and foster a positive work environment.
- Be a core resource for implementing a new ERP software at the Forest City DC.
- Willingness to be on-call and support core tasks at the Forest City DC, which operates seven days a week. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading lean six sigma and / or continuous improvement projects.
- Proven experience in learning and implementing new systems in operation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written format to a variety of size audiences.
- Experience using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system a plus.
- Work location: Onsite Forest City, Iowa; Travel may include up to 5% domestic/international; Relocation assistance may be authorized. Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP ERP is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. In addition, a range of benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Tax-Advantaged Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, Retirement Benefits, etc.) may be offered.
