About the Role As a Logistics Supervisor at Solventum, you will be part of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee, directly supervising Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods. You will lead process improvements, support the implementation of a new ERP system, and ensure efficient, compliant operations in a 7-days-a-week environment. You may need to be on-call and occasionally travel. What You'll Do
- Serve as a member of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee and direct supervisor for Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods.
- Determine departmental procedures that set standards for continuous improvements.
- Support warehouse operations in leading improvement activities to maximize output, minimize operation costs, and foster a positive work environment.
- Be a core resource for implementing a new ERP software at the Forest City DC.
